You may are may not have heard about the Southern California fires, but they are practically on my doorstep. I mean we have literally been staying up at night and watching the hills burn in an eery orange light. I have not been evacuated, but many people who attend my school have. I don't mean to complain, but the smoke sucks!!! As in it is getting difficult to breath. /: Anyways, the fire is still 5% contained, which is official language for not contained. I hope the put it out soon, because it is making me nervous. They even cancelled the first day of school (which would have been tomorrow) because of poor air quality and they housing evacuated people there.
